After years of dabbling, Jennifra committed to an 8 week yoga course as a New Year resolution in 1999. That was the start of a fascination that continues today. She has dedicated many years to studying anatomy & physiology, biomechanics along with Ayurveda, meditation, yoga philosophy and pranayama (breath mastery). In addition, maintaining a clinical neuromuscular therapy & traditional Thai massage practice provide a keen knowledge of the body. This depth of knowledge allows Jennifra to provide a safe, practical and enjoyable experience for all practitioners.
Jennifra is certified in Kripalu yoga as well as Yin yoga. She also draws on the vast experience of studying with master teachers in the Iyengar tradition.
In her classes, Jennifra invites her students to practice compassionate acceptance of themselves and to find physical well-being and calm through yoga.
