Jennifra's Yoga class

Each gentle Kripalu yoga class starts with a centering, bringing attention inward then moving into gentle warm-ups before gradually entering into classic yoga postures.  We finish each class with a period of rest.

Emphasis is placed on bringing the awareness to the breath, maintaining a steady, smooth and deep inhalation and exhalation.

Each posture is entered into gradually, in stages so that you can find a place to work that suits you, finding a balance between release and resistance.

There is room for every body in Kripalu yoga.

Beyond teaching you how to stretch and strengthen, Kripalu yoga is an approach in which you learn about yourself by being present to the sensations, emotions, and thoughts that are constantly flowing through you.
